🔁 Returns & Exchanges
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is:

Defective

Incorrect (wrong size or item)
If your order meets one of these criteria, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at lostsocietystore@gmail.com with the following:

Your order number

A clear photo of the item and the issue

A short description of the problem
Once approved, we’ll arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on availability and your preference.
💸 Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are processed in the following cases:

Orders with unavailable items

Orders canceled before shipping

Approved return requests for damaged or incorrect products
Refunds will be made to the original method of payment and may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
❌ Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, or before they are shipped, whichever comes first.
To cancel, email us at lostsocietystore@gmail.com with your order number and request.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
